Scheduling & Fees

I provide both in-person and telehealth appointments. All clients must be located in the state of Oregon during scheduled sessions.

Sessions are offered Monday through Friday. Some evening appointments are offered based on availability.

Fees

I am in network with Regence BCBS, PacificSource, and OHP (CareOregon, HealthShare, OpenCard). Some insurance companies offer out of network benefits and I may be able to bill as an out of network provider.

Initial Assessment: $175.00
Individual Therapy Session: $150.00
Family Therapy Session: $175.00
Assessments & Referral Letters for Gender Affirming Medical Care: $175*

I am committed to reducing barriers to accessing gender affirming care. Low cost/sliding scale assessments for surgery letters are available. Please contact me for more information.
